DESCRIPTION

Join LIKHA-Pilipino Folk Ensemble for Foundations of Philippine Folk Dance, an immersive introduction to traditional dances from across the Philippine archipelago. This class explores fundamental steps, posture, and rhythm while sharing the cultural context behind each movement. Rooted in storytelling and community, LIKHA carries out its mission to preserve indigenous Filipino art forms through education and performance. Open to all levels, ages 16 and up.
