New to Rhythm & Motion? This class is for you. We’ll break down some of the fundamental dance vocabulary - both the rhythms and the motions (see what we did there?) - that bring our movement to life. With an energizing, globally inspired playlist, we’ll step tap, undulate, chassé, pas de bourrée, pivot, and three-step turn through class. We'll then put these basics into action with a few signature R&M routines, helping you build more confidence to ease you into a full R&M Fusion class.

Rhythm & Motion Dance Workout classes are open to students of all levels and abilities. Taught by experienced dancers and performing artists, the class features a broad range of movement styles with choreography inspired by popular music from around the globe. Balancing the challenge of learning choreography and movement techniques with the dance-floor euphoria of a good party, the (mostly) follow-along class format starts with a well-balanced warm-up and leads to high energy stamina and strength building choreography. The experience is low-pressure, joyful, full-bodied and sweaty. Everyone is welcome!
