Intro to Breema: Presence in Movement and Touch

Sat, May 3, 2025

10:00 am - 11:30 am PDT

FREE

Two individuals on a patterned rug, one kneeling and placing a hand on the shoulder of the other, who is lying down.
DESCRIPTION

Breema relates to the body as a vehicle for entering into the present moment. In the present, we connect to the instinctive wisdom of the body, which connects us to our deeper nature. Breema’s nurturing yet dynamic movements support coming to body-mind connection, and create a tangible sense of aliveness we can bring to our daily life. This class features instruction and practice of Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises, and discussion of the Breema philosophy.
