Whether you're recovering from an injury or looking to prevent one, this workshop is an opportunity to enhance your performance and longevity in dance. This workshop includes 30 minutes of education - covering anatomy, reasons for common injuries, ways to improve movement habits, and areas to strengthen; and 30 minutes of group discussion led by a physical therapist. Intended audience: gymnasts and dancers, ages 8-18, who are currently participating in competition or performance.
