Welcome to Intro To Pole! Intro to pole is an introductory class for anyone who has never taken a pole dancing class. We will learn how to do a pole assisted walk in stilletos, a long with a few other basic moves. Near the end of class we will put the moves together to make a short fun dance! *LEVELS: Intro - Very Beginner* **Sedusa has pole dance stilettos to loan you for your 1st class.
