This class focuses on flowing through core strengthening, active flexibility, and increasing range of motion in areas critical to everyday life, dance AND Pole! ***ALL LEVELS, ALL WELCOME*** FVTA does *NOT* provide Yoga Mats, please BRING YOUR OWN for warming up & Pilates Flow class!
