A 45 minute dance class full of movement, choreography and all the best hip hop music. Low-impact emphasis is paced for learning with choreography demonstration. Top playlists crafted to suit the vibe of the class, so you might be dancing to smooth and sexy or all street - every class will be different! Choreography is broken down in counts of 8 and taught with repetition so you have the chance to learn the routine over the course of class. It's sweaty, authentic hip hop for all levels!

Corey Action, a seasoned teaching artist, began his journey at the age of seven and received formal training at Skyline High in Oakland, CA. His expertise in jazz, modern dance, and stage production led him to bring hip-hop to gyms, studios, and schools globally. Alongside his dance career, Action excelled in singing, writing, and acting, collaborating with renowned artists and producers. Recognized as a Bay Area legend by the San Francisco International Hip Hop Dancefest, he established the first hip-hop dance studio in Oakland, fostering international talent.
