In this Sanctuary-style all-levels class, enjoy a low-key, gently-paced practice with attention to alignment, stretching, and muscle recovery. We will work slowly and with intention through exercises to build full-body strength and mobility. Pulling from yoga asanas, pilates, modern dance techniques, and somatic exercises, we will progressively ground, stabilize, stretch, and release tension in the body. All are welcome!
