Disabled, non-disabled, and neurodiverse participants of all experience levels are invited to join AXIS for an accessibility-driven contemporary dance class. We will begin with warmups designed to draw awareness to the full body, before moving on to technique and improvisation exercises that encourage all dancers to respond to the environment and each other with embodied joy.
