Find the Joy of Connection and Powerful Healing in this compassionate dance! Join award winning teacher Sonja Riket as she guides you through somatic explorations to discover your body's ability to listen and respond to another's presence in preparation for partner dancing. Flow Studio. Between 3rd & 4th Avenue and Irving St & Lincoln Ave. (near UCSF parking). Studio is located behind big Eucalyptus tree. For entry, knock on blue door. Parking in street, UCSF or Kezar parking lot or in Golden Gate Park. Enjoy the presence of the nearby Golden Gate Park and Inner Sunset neighborhood with great restaurants minutes away!

After a long professional dance career in Europe and NYC, Sonja Riket has danced and taught Argentine Tango since 22 years. She continues to be amazed how her somatic approach to Tango can bring healing to our self and our partners. Please come on time and stay for the whole workshop. Latecomers will not be able to attend. Please no fragrances, animals or cell phones in the class. Wear comfortable warm clothing and socks. No shoes allowed on floor. Please no food or drink inside studio. Turn cell phone off inside studio. Masks are voluntary.
