Named San Francisco's favorite dance workout class by San Francisco Magazine, Rhythm & Motion balances dance technique and choreography with the euphoria of the dance floor at a party. In R&M Fusion Fundamentals, we'll draw on a variety of dance forms and music styles found in the R&M Program to learn fundamental movement vocabulary and techniques to help individuals build more confidence and find their personal style and flavor...all in a supportive, fun and high-energy learning environment.

Suggested attire: Comfortable clothing that you can easily move in. Dance barefoot or in supportive shoes. About the Instructor: Dudley Flores (he/him) is Rhythm & Motion's Director and Master Trainer. After studying biology in college and a brief stint as a passenger service agent with American Airlines at SFO, he started his dance career in 2000 as a Rhythm & Motion instructor and a freelance “commercial industry” dancer performing in large-scale corporate and fashion events, for television, commercials, print ads, and independent and feature films. Later, his focus turned toward contemporary dance where he performed nationally and internationally with prominent San Francisco choreographers and companies, including: Janice Garrett and Charles Moulton, Robert Moses’ KIN, ODC/Dance, Stacey Printz, KT Nelson, and others. Currently retired from his performance career, in addition to his teaching, he works on the production team for the SF Ethnic Dance Festival and choreographs community oriented large scale dance events for Bay Area Dance Week, SF Pride and SF Carnaval.
