MORE DETAILS

At San Francisco Ballet School, we believe ballet is for everyone, including adults with little or no dance experience. This class is specifically designed for adults who are older, recovering from an injury, or who have limited mobility. The class offers the benefits of a classical ballet technique class with gentle modifications to honor well lived backs, hips, knees and ankles. After the 60-minute class, participants will have the opportunity to participate in an informal 15-minute discussion with Q&A about Contemporary Ballet. This class will be taught by Cecelia Beam on Zoom to live piano accompaniment. You will receive a Zoom link about 30 minutes prior to class from classes@sfballet.org. For more info, visit https://www.sfballet.org/adult-ballet-classes/. Class participants will also receive a ticket promo code for SF Ballet’s production of Romeo & Juliet, which runs from April 21-30 (https://www.sfballet.org/productions/romeo-juliet/). MORE DETAILS: For more info about SF Ballet’s classes and programs for adults, visit https://www.sfballet.org/discover/adult-programs/
