Classic ballroom movement, patterns, and technique in a fun, inclusive atmosphere. We'll cover basic patterns in multiple dances like Waltz, Foxtrot, Cha Cha, Rumba, Viennese Waltz, Quickstep, Bolero, etc. Plus technique in each of the dances including footwork, framing, posture, partnering, rise and fall, shaping, hip action, leading and following. There is no partner necessary for this class.
