Dr. Leah Taylor’s journey into movement and healing began on the dance floor. Her first fully embodied experience came at a live music show, where the energy of the music, the pulse of the crowd, and the freedom of movement broke through years of disconnect between her mind and body. That moment sparked a lifelong exploration of how movement, music, and intention activate healing, presence, and joy. With a Ph.D. in Mind-Body Medicine and over 16 years of experience in somatic psychology, integrative wellness, and movement, Leah created Embodied Groove®, an immersive movement experience designed to help people release stress, elevate their frequency, and reconnect with their most vibrant selves. Join Leah at Ashkenaz for Embodied Groove® and experience the freedom of conscious movement, deep embodiment, and the pure joy of dance.
