Diana was born and raised in Nicaragua where she focused most of her dance training. Versatility and Folklore describe her as she has a wide variety of dance training from Latin American rhythms, contemporary, modern techniques, and belly dance. She moved to the United States to pursue her dance career starting in L.A. with a Dance Major and Business degree. Now in the Bay Area, Diana is directing "Chavalos Danzas por Nicaragua"; a Nicaraguan folklore troupe in SF that participates in several venues throughout the Bay Area. Afrocuban has been her new dancing language under Susana's direction for 5 years now.
